I am not talking about just chips and candy......I am talking about anything that is "heat and eat" or "ready made" that is your favorite thing to snack on or eat....things you KNOW are bad for you!!!

Here in the USA, I know the big "NO NO" for junk food, is FRIED foods! We love our fried foods!!!

I suppose the nearest I have ever come to eating fast food as opposed to junk food, has been when I have been in Greece and I have eaten spinach pie. I know I shouldn't eat it because it's made with white flour but I find the filo pastry irrisitible.
