Yes.............in your house, at the lake, on a boat, out in space.........not when you are less than 50 feet from someone else......especially when it rattles their windows and fillings in their teeth!!!!

Yeah I really hate it. People assume others love their music.

I read somewhere that by broadcasting their music, people are increasing their area of influence over other people, apparently it's quite a primal thing.

If it's in the day and they're just driving by or something, I couldn't care less (even though I'm not a fan of rap). I personally like to listen to my music loud as well, though I usually use headphones.
