This is my notice to all of you that I will be deleting my account on here and going to the other site where everybody is migrating too.

Thanx Humble - you are right. The site is called Gay Speak... not Religious Speak! We welcome members from all around the world so would like to keep it a safe and friendly support network that embraces everyone irrespective of their background.

I actually believe deleting it was a pretty justified move, at least if it's the thread I think it is. A forum isn't necessarily supposed to function as a miniature society where censorship ought to be unthinkable. I mean this forum is meant to be a place of support, and depending on someone's religious background that thread could actually be the complete opposite and it seems it made some members uncomfortable. It broke rule #11, at least in my opinion, and presumably Andy agreed.

I have to echo one thing. That thread would be shut down at the other sites I am a member of..alot faster actually than it was here.

One of the sweetest and most inspirational men here wrote me a PM to tell me he wanted to leave the site now and he is a long time member...because of that thread. I didn't report anything but I am glad someone else did.

Having said that....I hope you stay ...but I am happy the thread is gone
