I don't associate sensitivity with weakness. Emotional and sensitive then I'd say that is a weakness - but if you can handle the emotions but still have some sensitivity I'd say thats a good thing.

Interview words are good! It was the able word in one of the interviews from work made me laugh when asked to explain what he meant by able he panicked and said 'Im able rather than disabled' and there was just a silence so he said 'I'm sorry I panicked I just said what came to mind' :p
