Waxing Hair?
#1
I know that it all depends on tastes, but as someone who is currently single and trying to find a relationship, is it unattractive that I have more chest hair then most middle-aged men? I spend alot of time at the beach (no shirt obviously) and people sometimes comment on it. Given my age, will I have better luck if I wax the hair off? Btw, I'm not scared of waxing, so it isn't a matter of being worth the pain. I just want to know what typically looks better to guys my age.

If you're considering gay men.. Almost all gays like 'masculinity'.
And things like chest hair are great plus for showing off your maleness!

While.. many bisexual men love twinky, cute, slightly feminine guys. It won't work for them, I guess..

btw I would love my partner having chest hair and showing off his masculine side Big Grin

I would prefer if my man doesn't wax his chest. Chest hair is not a must for me, but if my bf has it I will consider it sexy. Don't pay attention what people say, listen to your inner voice and decide for yourself if you want to wax your chest. The right man for you will love you for who you are and wouldn't push you to change the appearance of your chest.

I suppose it depends on the type of person you're looking to attract. If you're going after guys who are into twinks, the chest hair isn't going to work in your favor. But if you're going after guys who are into more physically-mature men, the chest hair is a big win.

Here's my advice: don't try to change yourself to conform to what you believe other guys are looking for. For every guy who prefers a smooth body, there's at least one who prefers the hair. And you really don't want to be with a guy who wouldn't date you because of chest hair. That's really shallow. Be yourself, and you'll be just fine.

I would say if it bothers YOU then wax it off but if you're fine with it then keep it! Personally I love chest hair Smile

Agreed - don't change yourself to attract guys. The right guy will like you for who you are. I'm into hair removal (except for down there) and I wouldn't date someone who told me I had to grow out my hair. There are men who like hair, no hair, light hair, somewhere in between, etc. so do what YOU like and what makes you feel sexy.

While I was cursed with insufficient body hair, I wear a hair shirt under my shirt so I can convince guys that I'm their ideal mate.

Its not really lying you see, its just upping my chances of convincing a person that I am the person they want - 6 months down the road I can take off the false chest hair and allow them to see the real me, by then its too late and they are stuck with me.

I'm a hairy person and i like it even if others don't .
If you feel confident with yourself you shouldn't care that much about attracting a guy or not because you are hairy .
