I'd most prefer to be a Changling AKA Founder from Star Trek Deep Space 9. For those unfamiliar, they are shapeshifters who are immortal essentially, only require 4 hours of rest per day, and they're generally awesome. They don't need to eat or drink or use the bathroom. So awesome.

Otherwise, I'd most likely just go for immortality - stop aging at whatever my "peak" age is and be immune to disease, like Claire Bennett from Heroes.

But damn if Telepathy, Telekinesis, Teleportation, and Invisibility aren't all tempting powers too.
