Wondering if we are going to get a summer in the UK this year? Urgh sick of this rain all ready

The only thing I don't like about the summer is the heat. I like anything less than 25C. Anything above 25C is, I don't like. Fresh and cool weather, but sunny, is good.

edit: Actually, I also don't like being parched and the annoying mosquitoes and wasps.
