What did you do before going to bed ?
I always play with my laptop and phone, that's why I have insomnia as well.

Have you tried being relaxed, listen to songs and fall asleep ?

I had insomnia too, so I try to watch tv shows and fall asleep, If I'm watching an episode I haven't watched before I wont fall asleep, but if I already watched it, I will fall asleep fast.. Sometimes I wake up the moment that show is finished.. I know it's weird, but I think I'm trying to keep myself from staying up over thinking everything. Maybe to keep my mind from wondering off that I'm actually alone..

I get into bed, try to sleep but sleep wont come so I get up and waste time on the computer (like Im doing now). I dont know what else I can do other than getting pills
