I love shopping from the comfort of my home on the Internet. I think most men feel the same. Women are another story. It's always an adventure for them and they love dragging their men around witht them against their will.

Gosshhh I know what its like those days when I had to be drag out by my younger sisters & they know how to take opportunity of asking "which is the nicer one?"...*big-eyeroll for them still! *at -least that said my mum was a lot nicer and understanding. ;-P

But I do go out to see it in person if I have made out about 90% in mind to purchase that particular item or for the first time.

Well, it is boys swimsuit party weekend.

Yes, staying away from TV and computer screens is imortant if you are having trouble getting to sleep. Certain wavelengths of light mess up your ability to sleep.

Also a good idea to get outside and expose yourself to natural light and daily rhythms.

We have gotten in the habit of thinking that we can go a high speed all the time and then suddenly stop. 'T ain't so.

I am in front of some kind of screen nearly all day and I do have trouble falling asleep.
