Bluelight, the perfect solution is to keep strawberries in the fridge. Great for snacks.They have enough fiber to make you fell full and are great without any sugar. Of course, they go well with ice cream, but that can be pretty caloric.

On today's Barefoot Contessa she was preparing breakfast for her married friends Rob and John and they all made homemade dog treats for the puppy and then blood orange cosmos for themselves. Seems like half her friends are gay men. I think she's a gay man trapped in a woman's body.
