No, I started writing it but ended up deleting it...twice.

I've been having a bit of a deep night, although I think that's just from staying up late!

I was wondering if I'd ever really stood up to anyone in a while, and as a consequence where my life is going. Lately I just feel like I don't really care much about anything, but I'm not depressed; it's like a pleasent apathy but it makes me sad I'm not passionate about things at the minute. Since I moved away I've lost a few friends but gained a little independence, and I sort of found myself wanting something really exciting to happen, and maybe that's down to me. It's a little like when you feel life is just carrying you along...

anyway, this is my first post in a while, sure I've made a great impression! ^^

This might just be my tired, over-worked self talking, but I really wish I had a better capacity to meet new people and make friends... I just realized that I'm nearly halfway through the first semester of my last year in college and nothing much has changed. And I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up... I think I'm having some sort of personal crisis, just wish the counselors on campus were actual counselors and not psych students in training.

it was a cold yukky wet day so to celebrate I put on my one piece red flannel long-handles, flannel plaid shirt, jeans, boots and hat with my buckskin knee length duster coat instead of a rain coat. When I got to school there were about a dozen other guys who had the same idea... but all of them had on Scully dusters.

but back on topic....... I had an real bizarre altercation with one of the "instructors" in class today. I blew the whole thing off as her being in a bad mood about her vibrator shorting out and forgot about it. Before I left this afternoon 2 guys came up and said they'd reported her to the dept head for it cuz she was out drinking Friday night telling everyone how she hated me and was going to do everything she could to screw me up. The best way to describe her is diva trapped in a sumo wrestler's body... with moustaches on her forearms.

She'd look better packing sacks at McDonalds.

Currently sipping port... or guzzling - and I wonder why it is we can sip port but not starboard (or guzzle starboard - whichever).

Bluelight, I can sympathize. The ability to cultivate the company of good drinking buddies is a skill all academics should be taught.
