I am chipping away at cooking dishes for Thanksgiving. I have five dishes made and about seven to go.

There will only be three of us. Easily enough food for thirty. Yeah, I'll share the leftovers.

Love to cook. Dough is rising now. Fighting the urge to make the lemon meringue pie today -- I want the crust to be perfect for Thursday, not soggy. WAIT! LOL!
