Thanks Wolf . Surprisingly I'm bouncing back *knock on wood*. Mom had me take this probiotic stuff and it pretty much stopped .

Thank'ee. I did manage to get to sleep finally. Had to hydrate fully, then just lay in the dark and think really quiet thoughts until I nodded off. I feel a step or two better today - I at least think I can put in a full day at work. If I can get a decent night sleep tonight, I'm guessing I should be more or less on top of it.
