Cridders, I can sympathize. In 2 1/2 days I have eaten a whole jar of mincemeat. It's addictive.
Two things: You appear to be slim but it is still worth noting that people with diabetes have a tendency to never leave food on a plate. Second thing: It may be a good strategy for you to be very careful about what you dish out for yourself. Make a rule lie No Seconds until all the food is gone and you have waited ten minutes for it to settle. Third thing: Do you know where I can get more mincemeat?
