been there done that. but being who I am today, I wouldn't change it. I finally became comfortable in my own skin. sure, I'd like to re-proportion my physical appearance a little better but that's a constant work in progress.

Firstly speak with confidence....keep your head up and talk as clear as possible , and remember that just because someone has higher position of authority or on a bigger pay grade it does not make them a better human being than yourself !!! be proud of who you are
