What's on Your Mind
This morning I woke up screaming 'HELLLLLPPPPP!' after a particularly vivid dream in which the person who made me feel very uncomfortable NYE (in real life) crept in my room (in the dream) and tried getting into bed with me and covering up my mouth.

I asked my housemate if they'd heard me screaming and they said not this time, but the night before they'd heard me shouting out 'NO!!!' in my sleep.

I must have been stressed out this week because I only talk (and when I say talk, usually it's shouting in fear) in my sleep when I'm worried about things.

Aww thanks Chuck. Luckily this morning's happened 2 minutes before my alarm went off. And I think I feel a little less stressed so hopefully no more talking in my sleep tonight Smile

Sooo...a bit nervous about that...

Congrats on taking on the challenge. Once you get the hang of it you will have a blast.

One important thing: Don't forget to breathe.

Those could be night terrors...are you known to move around or anything violent while you sleep...or is this something new... if it isn't you might want to go see a doctor and just rule out anything neurological...

That is definitely an issue...really just getting the rhythm of it... but definitely have to exhale underwater so you don't get water up your nose and so on...but definitely going to be feeling it over the next few days lol already sore...

I did something around 30 laps give or take...i didn't keep count but need to... But going to get a membership for the rec park and start going that have a real nice gym and going to start working out there too...

Man, you keep that up and you will be built like a tank! (And probably have a really cute butt.)

I never did really get the breathing thing. When I was a kid and it was first introduced to me I thought the instructor said arrhythmic breathing and that is pretty much where I have stayed.

I've never said this before but I'm very proud with my achievement. Good job, Jay. Let's stay badass and kick more ass in 2016. Plus let go and move on from friends who do not appreciate you. I deserve better friends. I don't mind having small number of friends; less headache and drama.

By the way, I have been approached by a gym friend who happens to be a Canadian motivational speaker. He suggested that I launch a health consulting and weight loss business. He's also offering himself to be hired as a business coach.

I had no idea how to respond to that. It was basically a good suggestion but I have to think thoroughly about it.

You should be proud and should definitely smile more Smile

I'm going to try to do the same...did my first swing at swimming last night and definitely see it now being something that I might be able to actually achieve...

So Jay the next picture of you should be of you smiling...like you mean it too xD
