Clarity is on my mind.
After all these years..I just today for the first time in my life understood perfectly what the old saying "The more things change.....the more they stay the same" actually means.....
I am glad I didn't know before now...it is kinda depressing....

So I decided I should give up things with caffeine... Well I'm irritable this morning, but aside from that I feel better. Aside from the coffee keeping me in a good mood...apparently, it only give me the jitters, doesn't really boost me energy wise. I also think it was causing some other problems. However, like everything else I have done, I'm doing it cold turkey. Hopefully doesn't cause me too much trouble...
