Although I wouldn't recommend a drastic stop. As with any drug you might want to reduce your dosis first.

So far so good. Other than having a slight headache and a bit grouchy, feeling pretty good. You know I used to hate coffee, I used to hardly ever drink the stuff. Since I don't drink soda anymore (almost 2 months now) I already get less. I definitely feel much better not feeling jittery or having palpitations...

I will have green tea which from what I read has 10-30 mg of caffeine per 8 ounces (don't you just love it when they decide to mix metric and imperial)...I also like white tea, which has next to nill...

I am actually, strangely in a good mood right now... go figure. Not complaining though. I honestly think that's from doing all this working out, etc...I seem to just be in a better mood.

Plenty of stuff you can do at home. Although I reckon it must be irritating to waste time going there and finding it closed

Hmm just a bit and didnt have time to go elsewhere. Only joined because its so cold at the moment i dont want to use my gym at home as it is in one of the out buildings with no heating and a little drafty. I guess i will just have to do what i have to do. I just wish i didnt have to do it in sub zero conditions lol.
Ps. Saying work harder to get warmer will not be helpfull lol

the best green tea for your body is pure green tea, all the flavored stuff lessens the benefits..

I hate green tea, tastes like dirt water but it sure does give you a boost

White tea is supposed to be the least processed tea but doesn't have a lot of flavor...what I do have is peach mango white tea and I love it... I also have some green tea, I've come around to it....I prefer all my tea hot...

I prefer my tea black with cow's milk because in Britain we have to do it different from everyone else.

Everyone goes for iced tea, to me it tastes terrible...or something is vastly different... Keep in mind I used to HATE tea with a passion. However, I think it is because everyone wants to put a kilo of sugar on everything. I have mine plain, no sugar....no cows milk either lol

That's something else, I haven't had a whole lot of dairy...now I do get a good bit of Vitamin D and calcium in case you're wondering... Once we get into spring I'll be in even better shape on Vitamin D....
