Axle, I don't know about the particular routine that site is pushing, but I can tell you that meditation is what helped me get through two spells of chemotherapy several years apart. The mind has amazing power.

Wouldn't it be nice to change our alpha-amylase into a beta-amylase? That way our excessive carb consumption would go unnoticed and the veggies in the diet which are not as prevalent will be our "low carb" diet. No diabetes and we could also watch vegans get fat as hell. That would be funny!

I feel like city buses do. I'm on a Chinatown bus though and I'm cold and bored and already homesick. This is why I don't travel. :/

No, I'm on my way to DC with a friend to do Chinese New Year with his family. But the bus was too crowded to even sit together. So I'm getting waves of claustrophobia next to an old sleeping chinese lady somewhere outside Baltimore right now. And I know it's obnoxious but my heart totally sinks when I leave the city.
