So I am wearing my fitbit again... Having to wear it on my left hand which I guess is normal for most people but seems to get a better hear rate reading than on my right... For example. my right hand, which is normal for me during a walk said my pulse was 169 bmp... I'm like yeah if I were walking and it were that high I would definitely not feel well. Switched it to the left and has been spot on.

I guess once the weather stabilizes going to try to get back into running, slowly this time, I tend to try to do too much too soon and I am not getting younger. I think I have a reasonable goal, lose 30 lbs. I just need something really that somewhat suppresses my hunger... Not that I always make bad choices on what to eat but I don't need to eat so fast which leads to me eating too many.

On another thought I think I need to find some wax for the treadmill, seems the belt gets warm and I can swear I smell the wax burning lol then again the thing is like 3 years old....and bought it from walmart... Hopefully it can wait a month of two and frankly a month or two I will be spending most of my time outdoors if possible...
