He just pulled over and got lucky with a $352 fine and one point on his record. The car felt like it had more in it but that was fast enough! Have not done it again. I like just cruising with all the subs working overtime in the trunk. Yes...I am that guy 3 cars behind you with the bass vibrating your rear view mirror.
