Well I speak German to the level I can get around fairly easily, but would most likely struggle to work there and will forever be annoyed at myself for not learning Dutch when I lived there for a bit (although again some of my Dutch is passable and it seems I got the Amsterdammer accent down).
Right now I am learning Italian and oddly finding it quite easy, which worries me that I am not learning it at all! But my real answer to the question is Russian - love the language, the poetry, the writing, the music.
Everyone in Wales has to learn the language now (and some schools are Welsh medium), but the level of Welsh teaching is not always great! My sister took the Welsh class for half a term at one point, and she cannot speak a word of the language....
