OH, East, I do empathize.

Think solid and high fiber breakfast and chewing on nuts only a handfull at a time, then waiting 15 minutes for results. It usually works. And water. Drink water at every craving time.

Did more cleaning - dishes, hallway, cat's bathroom. Usually, that last bit doesn't bother me, and honestly, the smell wasn't that bad today. But it sonehow got me coughing, then coughing hard, then to the I-think-I'm-going-to-throw-up coughing level. Ended up having to lie down until that subsided. Not sure what brought that on, but after a few minute's rest, I felt fine again. Showered and felt all better.

Now? Finished dinner (cheap frozen dinner) and popped open my first box of Girl Scout Cookies. First up - a new flavor called "Toffee-Tastic". Shortbread with toffee bits. Sadly, it tastes far more of shortbread than of toffee. Enh.
