Managing my medical logs and medical crap.
I'm keeping track of several things now, on top of seizure log (auras, dejavu, grandmal, ocular migraines and more). Now I'm also keeping a daily log of my medicine(s) taken, and a general log of 'how do you feel today?' to gauge where these meds are taking me.
I also updated my doctors list, my calendar of appointments and other medical related crap.
Transposing the hand written list of 'To Do' that care coordinator(s) gave me for the doctor(s) I shall see.
Social Security is going to want a daily pain log, a fall log, a diet log and many other logs (been there done that) so I'm currently trying to figure out the best way to create a log that will cover all of this data with out having a dozen log books. It has to meet the needs of doctors and social security and be understandable to individuals with single digit IQ's (You know, Government
).
I have debated starting these logs now (actually earlier) or wait until I see a doctor for X (like I did with psychology).
Since I have a full physical coming up next week, plus the talk about my blood tests already taken, I suspect that my logs are going to be a bit more complicated.
Instead of doing all of that, I decided to peek in here so I can procrastinate a little more.
