Reworking my drug log to reflect the new pain medication I am on. Composing an email to address specific needs my doctor wants but is uncertain if my insurance covers it, thus I'm transposing my shitload of notes from today's physical to my coordinated care worker to let her make those phone calls.

Whilst digesting a wonderful dinner of hamburger, hash-browns and cinnamon buns to kill for.

Oh and relishing the fact that for a 48 year old man I got a better cholestrol reading than my 26 year old doctor. You know what that means right? More butter and eggs on my diet. :biggrin:

Watching performances from the Brit awards online. My faviorites are :- Paloma Faith, Taylor Swift and of course Madonna and her ' stumble '' performance.

I went to the gym, did a bit of cleaning, ate, and now I'm feeling lazy and full.

I need to shower and food shop.

Now going to watch some classic Knight Rider on DVD and eat a Bombay Bad Boy.
