recovering from a 3 hr bike ride - would have been a lot shorter had the wind not got up to hurricane speed on my way home....was like hitting a brick wall

Listening to music. That's pretty much all I can do now after the surgery. Can't wait till I can start moving again - or better yet take proper shower!
