Lying in bed reflecting. 24 hoirs ago, things were going swimmingly. Since then, I've had some people let me down, I've let myself down, and I may have others ready to let me down, as well. It makes me want to take a few Fukitols and just lay in bed until Monday.

But I've got a huge day ahead. An all-day music festival where I've got some work to do - including helping one of those people who let me down, whom I will still help because the show, right? And then my own gig afterwards. Fifteen hours in the 90-degree heat. And me more out of shape than ever. Expect a soggy fried gargoyle Sunday morning.

Enough bitching. I chose this life. I'm gonna be tired enough tomorrow without dragging baggage around with me. Ass will be kicked. Off to get ready.

Trying to decide if the new symptoms of numbness in the face, back of the head and slight dizziness when I turn my neck is something I should bother my doctor with now, or if I can wait until the tenth when I see her.

Fun fact: Looking down makes me dizzy - this is only problematic when going down the stairs....
