There's the problems that he agrees he won't do that again. And when the next time comes, he does, like I haven't said anything. It seems like he doesn't even think I mean it seriously. And I'm also worried about that maybe eventually this attitude will move form the bed to other life situations as well.

Well, you could always stop him in the -middle- of sex, shove him off you (or off the bed entirely), and tell him to "Knock it the fuck off. I told you I don't like that shit, and YOU promised not to do it anymore" and storm out.

He'll definitely get the message. Might be one hell of a rude awakening, but it might get the message across where your other efforts haven't.
