He's actually really doing this with his hands, lots of footage and great editing! The genius is in the engineering of the contact ring props themselves.
 There are several on the net like this and I love staring at the fingers as I watch.This one shows a nice close up of the rings.  Life's too short to miss an opportunity to show your love and affection!
