There are a bunch of spoilers in here, so if you Walk Dead later in the week wait to read this..

Spoiler:
Now we know... It is a flashback. This is what happened to Beth. And here cometh the footage showing Beth seeing Carol brought into the hospital. Now we just have to figure out where this flashback meets the current storyline. Exactly how much time has elapsed from Beth's capture to the current watching Carol being rolled in. Did Carol somehow get captured following the car with Daryl? Is this Carol's way into the hospital to save Beth?
I'm wondering if Carol and Daryl got into some kind of fight with the people in the car they were following, and Carol got taken. Or Carol somehow decided to "allow" herself to be taken so she could work from the inside to free Beth. Meanwhile Daryl has returned to the others with the orderly (conscripted prisoner) who actually escaped when he and Beth made their break (What was his name??). Noah?
Either way, this is like a new version of Terminus, and I hope they don't drag the plot through a whole season of the recovery of Beth. I mean, we've already done that kind of "man does anything to stay alive including eat each other". Is the hospital group really going to be that much worse than cannibals? It would be so much more interesting if they rescue Beth, add Noah to the cast, and then have the ability to sort of explore the city a bit.
By the way, this episode begs the question, if Atlanta is in this bad a shape, what the hell is going to be left of DC? Is there going to be any fortified bunker civilized enough to trust the people living in it?
