Carol is now a major badass...and this was the best season opener of the series....

No disappointments.....

I am hoping Daryl is gay...loved the reunion he had with Carol....

..waiting for Rick to apologize now...on his knees preferably...

Carol was awesome! She easily could have just said "F*** you guys" for abandoning her, and she still single handed basically saved all their asses. I think of all the characters, she's had the most character growth from the battered housewife she started out as.

I have been a wreck now for a couple of weeks...very worried carol is gonna die. I have woken up obsessing about it many times already....

They do so many stupid little things in this show which annoys me to no end. Its like they just ain't learning from past experiences, are not coming up with a plan of action.

And I don't know about that fellow with 'fight fire with fire' disease control. sounds like a good way to kill everyone else off.....

I think to a greater extent, they're trying to retain what "humanity" they can. They defend themselves, without becoming the people they're fighting/hating.

Rick banished Carol for her loss of humanity and then as he pushed to let his own go for protective retribution Carol turns up in the role of humanity preservation and Rick let's his parallel struggle go quiet with the distraction of Judith; but!, it appears that we may not have seen/heard the last of the Terminous and the humanity struggle and I'm certain the theme will continue adding a great thread of angst and suspense all along the way. Season six has been promised btw!

It can be distracting to see the "holes" in the production so I get what Bowyn suggests, but goodness I'm very glad the episode was SO good that I just let that dumb shit slide.

Right on. Even I'm warming up to her. She used to be such a "meh" character to me but now that she's grown some balls and is quite the badass she is redeeming herself to me. And that emotional moment between Darryl and Carol was really nice to see!

Carol has been my favorite character for awhile now and I was HOPING that the writers would further develop her character and give her layers and dimension...and they did not disappoint.

She has been heading into badass territory since she killed the peeps at the prison and then last season with the girls....

My favorite part was when she said "I DON'T BELIEVE YOU" to the a*shole so matter of fact...and she has maybe the calmest and clearest head on her shoulders at the moment because she sees things as they are...I think after Sophia died she began this process....

I was really scared after the girls last season she'd lose her resolve. Killing walkers is one thing. Killing Adults can be somewhat justified in their world. But children?

And it's not like she's cold blooded. You can see it in her eyes. A compassion and sorrow you don't see in Mishone (sp?) Whom is more vengeful and angry.
