I was mixed on the finale. On one hand I was happy that nobody major died. On the other hand I was disappointed in the group fitting in tenuously storyline ending in lieu of the more traditional "there are crazy people trying to kill everyone" story. I was happy to see Morgan. I was more happy to see Ninja Morgan!

Well, like many of fans who read the comics, I was a bit disappointed too, though for slightly different reasons. For the finale, they pretty much kept EXACTLY to the script of the comics, which was disapointing to me because I saw so many opportunities where they could have made some changes that (imo) would have improved the story line where I thought the comics fell a little short (for example I REALLY wanted to see Father Gabriel die--in the comics he lives and causes some trouble but then just kinda fades into the background without ever paying for his betrayals, which seems to be where he is headed in the show now too).

Well, just watched the finale(finally) a while a go and i have to say, i kind of liked it, it was intense, I think the mayor and townspeople are finally coming around to Ricks side, Morgans back, and even with all the shit the went down, it felt surprisingly optimistic( which i personally was hoping to see some more of sense the end of season 4, but not too much ) and although i wouldn't mind if a couple characters were killed off (like Father Gabriel and that one jackass who lied about Aaron's death and tried to kill Glenn) maybe they will get a chance a redemption, plus at least they finally got rid of the wife beater, and that's something:biggrin:. Now begins the painful wait until next season:frown:

GREAT Season Six Trailer..From ComicCon

Looks pretty good. Usually the trailer consists of episodes 1-4/5, so there is a lot happening quickly from the looks of things.

I've been glued to this show from its premiere, but last season kind of slowed down. I also didn't like some of the visual effects. As long as they aren't shooting half of the show in the woods this year, I'll manage to fall in love with it again.
