Go ahead now and start the prep exercises... I did something stupid to help me with them. I used a ballpoint pen to draw a small circular sunburst with short rays on the back of my hand to remind me to do the exercises.... well... it looked liked a sun and that's what I told people it was if they asked... but really it was a picture of where the aneros goes. LOL.

While you're sitting at the computer, driving or watching TV or even talking to your mother on the phone... start doing reps with the muscles between your legs. Hold as long as you can and repeat... then do them in rapid fire until you can't do more...... and keep on doing them until you get in the habit of doing them without thinking.

Think about soundproofing your bedroom and remember to put the dogs out. LOL.
