Based on this thread I bought one of those contraptions as well (yes, meme, you should get royalties from them) but my first experiments have been rather meh. Inserting it was fine and easy, but the piece pressing on the perineum hurt like hell. Also describing the effects on my prostate with anything stronger than nice would be an exaggeration.

Before last time I bent the perineum piece so it's no longer painful to use, but still, the overall results are lacking.

What am I doing wrong?
