My routine?
Try not to come off jaded or otherwise. Really, for me, that's about it. I hate having a wall up. But I never seem to lose this idea of being a hopeless romantic (or whathaveyou). I can imagine having a casual conversation with an ideally cute guy, though the stuff that interests me usually bores most people. Sure the conversation regarding all the finer details could happen, including the role in bed, but as soon as a conversation turns sexual, I kind of back off.
Then again, me having a date is rare. Mostly because when I'm on the dating sites, I rarely get asked out on a date (however, I am admired enough to be offered sex but that's not for me), and when I'm not on the dating sites, I never seem to find a guy that's actually not straight. I should probably get out more, though when you're stuck at your parents place, while in college with no job...can't really go anywhere to meet the local gay population.
