1.-How long or short is your commuting?
Depends on the day and job. One of my jobs is a 10 minute bike ride away. Another is an hour train ride, and about a 10 minute bike to the train. The other is about half an hour once im on the train. Getting to class takes about half an hour on the train too.

I like to ride bikes, sure.

My work and my life are interconnected.

Ive been having a difficult back and forth with the teacher of one of the kids in the afterschool i work at. Basically the student would benefit from an IEP and probably a para (honestly she should be in placed in a special needs classroom -- Im not in a position where I can recommend that to the parent, but the teacher is... and is not doing anything) but the teacher seems really resistant to working with me, and has given me a lot of attitude. I'm having to be very careful with my tone. Not to mention the weight of these decisions on the student's life... its really difficult...

Days I have to take off from work? Again depends on the job.. but basically just national holidays (for the US) and DOE holidays.

1.- If you mean christmas, the usual stuff. Some lights, the tree, blah blah. When parents are not a thing, trust you me, I won't be decorating at all. If you mean more general, not much, just a few flowers here and there, some paintings.
