With Aspergers he does not think like most people but he's totally rational almost to the point of OCD ---- but totally relaxed about it. if you ever get to know a high functioning super intelligent person with Aspergers you'll see Jamie is just like them.

He counts in eights, not tens or 12s like we do ----- 8 days in a week, his own monthless calendar, his own clock based on 8 not 12. and he can sit down and rationally explain why they're better on the level of a science professor!!!! But.... if you ever see him "dance" you'll know he aint right. His brain doesn't process music the way ours do. He can recognize and define all parts of music but he can't "feel" them.

To him there's 'sex' over in this corner.

My brother in-law is a high functioning, super intelligent person with Aspergers.
I know how they think and I know what they are like.

But very much like ADD, I get the sense that this "aspergers" diagnosis is more often than not, a load of bull to explain away a quirky personality rather than something genuine.

My bro-in law is very straight and does not have the slightest interest in having sex with a guy.
But my bro-in law's personality is very much more masculine, down to earth, laid back etc than this guy's flamboyant, effeminate, shock jock personality. Not saying he's gay or bi, just not 100% straight.

I'm not gay, I don't have aspergers, but I am just as capable of messing around with a dude as he is and just as capable as compartmentalizing sex as he does.
