How do you feel / think about AlertPay ?

I need to know your individual opinion / idea about AlertPay - One safe payment method online . Pleise help me ..Thank you very much..
As you knew , PayPay don't support for all countries ..So that , We can use AlertPay instead of PayPal.

Finally , I know that almost people don't know about AlertPay - one payment method online. I'm rather sad because I plan to use AlertPay to deal online.
My country isn't support from PayPal , so that , it's very difficult when I would love to sell item online or deal online with anybody.
( Vietnamese can send money only via PayPal , can't receive and withdraw like in your country )

So that , following your opinion , what's the payment method I can use instead of PayPal ? ( in order to the buyer can pay online and I can receive their payment safety and conveniently )- guarantee for both of buyer and seller.
