There's a radio adaptation of Armistead Maupin's Further Tales of The City (the third installment of his famous San Francisco-based, and gay-themed, novels).
BBC Radio Four is the culprit, this week. Only a few more days to listen to the first episode, and about a week for each one. So don't miss it.
Then there will be a sequel which I have not heard of yet, called "Babycakes". Well worth listening to, if only to make you want to read his novels, or watch the tv adaptations which were made in the 1990s.
