Why don't you take a poll among women and ask them how many get turned on when a male GYN does their PAP smear and breast exam? Never heard a "Yes" on that one. So is what you're telling me is that gay guys are so unable to control their sexual impulses that it's a turn on to have a medical professional do a rectal exam while discussing internal bleeding, BPH or cancer? UGH, goodbye guys, wrong forum -

I doubt if it would happen during a rectal exam. LOL Eww..
Unlike women, men can get erections just from something touching the penis. It doesn't even mean we are horny. Silly people.

I had a case of epididymitis about a year and a half ago - when it came back a couple months later, my doctor had to examine my prostate just to make sure that wasn't the issue (it wasn't). Didn't even pop wood then. It wasn't unpleasant at all since he used some kind of magic super lube, but it's a very un-erotic environment and situation.
That said I don't think it would've been any more awkward if I had - natural reaction to stimulation, and doc's probably seen it all by now anyway.

I had this happen once a long time ago. Doc acted like nothing happened. Still was a bit embarrassing!

I haven't had a problem. It's not exactly a sexy situation to be in.
