There was most certainly something there. The fact that you couldn't see it would mean that you are unable to detect certain colours. Nothing to worry about but just bear in mind that your perception of colour will not be as other people's.

That one took me a few seconds to figure out what I was looking for. It's the bust of a woman in profile looking to the left, with her brown hair taking up most of the right side of the image.

I was surprised by my results also as I am a type 1 diabetic and have to have my eyes checked frequently and after nearly 30 years of the disease, have some very minor retinopathy, although if that affects color vision it is usually along the blue/yellow range. Still, in a doctor's office while not doing terrible on color tests, I haven't usually aced it. I think what might make this test a little easier, is having 3 choices at the bottom and being able to pick what looks like the closest choice. There are a couple there I am not sure I would have been able to get without seeing the possibilities listed below it.

I think so too. I did struggle with a few of those but they didn't really tap into my weakness and problem areas. I have more problems with different hues of blues.

10/10 Apparently I rocked the test. Surprising since I was once a borderline diabetic at which time my eyesight started to go south.
Interesting side note. I have read that a very high percentage of males are colorblind to greens and blues. I heard about that over 30 years ago and I fully believe it.
In my business (classic auto restoration) many men can not see the difference between blue and aqua / turquoise interior colors and many come in with blue cars with half and half aqua interiors.. The mix actually looks quite disturbing!

I would have sucked if I had to take a test differentiating the subtle variations of blues. I'd mess up the cars too!
