Haha. I have to say that I find running boring as anything but I still do it when travelling on business if a gym isn't readily accessible.

That's awesome. I injured my knee about a year ago and yesterday was the first time I ran in about a year. I ran one lap than walked another lap.

The one big thing the article doesn't address is the psychological benefits of running more than 5 minutes.

Runner's High is very real, addictive and has no bad effects in comparison to all the good ones.

Here's something most people don't know...Where do we get the word "Endorphin"?

Endorphins alson known as endogenous(internally produced) morphine are endogenous opioid inhibitory neuropeptides. They elevate moods, provide a sense of peace and tranquility, and....... get your mind off sex.... And they're not illegal!
