I don't have any forms of ID, No drivers licence, unles I got my social security card from my parents somehow, Iw ouldn't have that either, and other than those, no clue what i could possibly have as ID

Without ID, I doubt anyone would be willing to sell you toys in person. Most places that sell them would want to card you to make sure you are over 18.
