I'm an EMT in a city of 75,000 plus the surrounding county in the middle of nowhere. The only thing unusual about this story is it made it to the news. In 3 and half years Ive gone on 3 emergency calls and know of 2 others so this isnt uncommon. (3 men, 2 women)
