He's right, RomanticTom. Whether you want to accept this or not, there are gay men all over the world and there is NO country where you'll find more commitment-minded men in it than any other.

The only difference, really, from country to country? Is how socially accepted homosexuality is in their society. In some places, being gay is an everyday "no big deal" thing. In other countries, it can get you tortured, dismembered, and/or killed. That doesn't mean these less friendly countries don't have commitment minded gay men, though.
