A cop comes from behind the corner and points a gun straight at the midget's head, says "same here asshole" and blows the midgets brains out.

At this point I just witnessed three people get murdered right in front of me so I passed out from the stress of it all.

I awoke a few minutes later where the cop explained everything to me.

[Cobalt]

Apparently, the now-dead gymnast, Marcus, had a gymnast brother, Mavin. Mavin and Marcus worked at the local circus with Evan, the vampire midget.

[Cobalt]

Mavin and Evan had a relationship going until Mavin discovered that Evan was cheating. When he confronted him about it, Evan denied it. He swore to Mavin that if he left him, it would be the last thing he ever did.

A few nights later, they were all performing. Evan rigged Mavin's rope to break when he was going to be doing a death defying, acrobatic stunt. No one could explain why the equipment failed, but Marcus knew.

[Cobalt]

He swore he would get even with Evan one day, and that's why they fought today. The midget was a meth addict and most likely attacked me simply because he was on a high, or desperate to be on one.

[Cobalt]

Waldo, I'm still not sure of. They had a long rivalry that the police officer was not very familiar with.

[Cobalt]

Regardless, I'm glad that cop was there to stop Evan. God knows what he would have done to me....

[Cobalt]

There was no explanation for his strap on, nor how or when he became a vampire. I would never know the answers to those questions....
