My trendy little coed gym has individual and private showers--one each for male and female, as well as one unisex half bath. According to the attendant who signed me up most everyone simply jumps in the car unwashed. There are dispensers of wet wipes available to wipe down the machines and, presumably, the sweaty brows.

Something similar happened (or almost happened!) to me a few years ago. We were both naked and staring at each other and rock hard but I was too scared to follow him to the cabin - it was a straight environment and I didn't want to risk getting caught.
