You are telling me! I exited a particular site very quietly! came across this one because someone there mentioned it, and being loving it here ever since! everyone on this forum seem so nice, friendly, courteous, helpful, non-judgmental, and I also notice a sense of brotherhood and rapport unlike any gay oriented website I've participated in! and that goes without ignoring the wonderful and highly responsive team of administrators/moderators of this website, as they go above and beyond to help keep "Gayspeak" Troll and flame war proofed!

I was reminded of this thread today for some reason......

One of the things that I've realized about GS is that it attracts more more people from all around the world than I've found on other sites....we should have a way of mapping where everyone hails from.

At first I was hessitate to sign up and talk. That time Im just observing and reading all the topics and comments of all the chatters here. Then I found out that everyone is cool, friendly, warm hearted and all the poeple here are charming, genuine and can make an entire room full of people smile. Maybe because I have been into some forum that a lot of judgemental people and not so friendly. Thats why it took me awhile to signed up. They often discuss sexuality, negative attitude of a person and then they become rude and isulting each other, Instead of giving them advice. Well... They do give some advices, however some advice that they give turns into insult and very offending, which I have experienced that and quit. I stayed there for almost a year then quit and transfered in to new group forum, but its the same then another, until I found this one on twitter.

Soo ~~~ KUDOS ~~~ to the admin and moderators of this forum.

I like it because I think it is an example of the best of the gay community. The thing is....the gay community begins and ends with each one of us..and what we bring to the table.

Being friendly and supportive of other LGBT people should be the rule...not the exception...and the gay community is only as strong as the individuals within the community....
