Relationships with big age gaps can work, my boyfriend is 30 years older than me and we have been together for 9 years. I have always been attracted to older men and still am. When it comes to attraction I don't know why, but I don't really care why at this point. I am attracted to who I am attracted to and I'll just enjoy that for what it is.
If both guys want a relationship, they like/love each other then any relationship can work. Communication is key. If you're honest, trust each other, come to understand each other and accept one another for who you both are, it will work.
