Hahahha Tom... what a 23 years old boy should look like? Please tell me. You look the way you look... And so, far from that picture you have nothing to complain about. I'm 38 years old on that avatar from my dude, we both are cursed with accute young looking syndrom. Embrace it, so many people are paying so much to change things they don't like, they try to look 20 forever, you have the gift, use it to your advantage..
